ARGENTINA: `Execution' testimony against Alfonsín
The testimony of a former army NCO has given added weight to reopened charges against the government of Raúl Alfonsín (1983-89) that guerrillas taking part in a 1989 attack on an army barracks were tortured and summarily executed by the military.
